Masala Capsicum Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
1)Capsicum 6
2)Ground nuts 100gms
3)Coriander Powder 1 table spoon
4)Coconut Powder
5)Chilli Powder
6)Cloves and Cinnamon(dalchini) ( 4 to 6)
7)Ginger, Garlic and Coriander Leaves
8)Salt (as per requirement)
9)Turmeric powder
10)Chopped Onion
11)Chopped Tomatoes
Preparation: a) Fry Ground nut in fry pan and remove the cover and keep aside.
b)Add ground nuts ,coconut powder ,coriander powder, red chilli
powder, cloves , Cinnamon, Ginger , Garlic, coriander leaves, salt,
turmeric powder mixy jar and grind as paste
c) Cut the Capsicum in lotus shape and put these paste in it.
d) Pour oil in a bowl and heat it.
e) Fry the chopped onion till they become brown color.
f) Drop these pasty mixed capsicum in that oil
g) Add chopped tomoto in that and pour glass of water and stir it.
h)Cook the content till the water vaporize and become thick gravy.
switch off the stove and serve with rice or roti.
